Hey there. If you have ever been bullied before, here is some very helpful + wise advice. I've had a LOT of experience with being bullied, and even though it may take some time, I try to get over it. Of course, it's not THAT easy. It may not be easy at all. But with these tips, I'll help you get back on your feet again.
Being Bullied In Real Life:
Being Bullied Online
block & report the person harassing you
don't respond to any of their messages
don't delete their messages.
if (s)he keeps on making new accounts & harassing you, here's what you do:
1. go to http://whatstheirip.com.
2.enter your email
3. then you'll be redirected to another page. choose one of the first two links that they offer to you.
4. send one of the first to links to the bully and the bully only
5. if they click on the link. you will have obtained their IP address. In case you don't know what an IP address is, it's a few numbers the police can use to find out who & where the bully is
6. show your parents the messages, and show them the IP address. your parents have it from there.
Being Bullied in General:
So there are my tips if you're ever being bullied. If you're alone, don't have many friends, or if it's late and your friends are asleep, you can talk to me if you're feeling lonely :)

Being Bullied In Real Life:
- ignore the bully if you can.
- if you're next to your bully in class, it may not be so easy to ignore them. try to tune them out. try to list names of different types of cereals in your head.
- build an invisible force field. pretend that whatever they say, just bounces right back at them, and never touch you.
- if they're physically hurting you, tell a trusted adult as soon as possible. don't be scared. they will no longer be able to hurt you if they've been punished

Being Bullied in General:
- don't believe anything that the bully tells you
- everyone is here for a reason. if the bully can't see that, it's them who has a problem, not you.
- you're not here to make life better for the bully, you're here to make life better for the people who make life better for you.
- don't change anything about yourself even if the bully tells you to. you're awesome just the way you are!
- surround yourself with positive people
- if the bully is threatening you, or telling you to go kill yourself, TELL AN ADULT RIGHT AWAY. what the bully is doing is not right, and you're not doing yourself or the bully a favor by keeping it a secret.
